All you have to do is
1) On the left side of my page, there's a blue and white box, click on the "Follow My Blog" link. A new page will open up.
2) Click on Connect with Facebook.
3) It will ask you to add an App, click "Allow"
That's it!
Now you will get automatic updates in your facebook whenever I update my blog! :)
